Due to not publicizing the information about departmental recruitment in railways and conducting the examination quietly, many eligible candidates are being deprived of the examination. The latest case is of Jhansi division. Where an employee has accused the divisional office of not giving information about the departmental examination. Due to which he could not appear in the examination. When the employee sought information in this regard, the Assistant Divisional Mechanical Engineer Jhansi wrote a letter and informed that the Divisional Railway Manager Personnel Jhansi did not give any information about the examination to the department. The troubled candidates have now reached the zone office with a complaint.

Anand Kumar Singh, Technical Pratham posted in Jhansi Mandal, alleges that the examination of Chief Law Assistant Level Seven was to be held in the Mandal. When Anand Kumar Singh came to know about the examination, he applied on token number 329. But later he did not get any information about the date of the examination. When he inquired about it later, he came to know that the examination had already been held. After this, Anand Kumar Singh posted in Assistant Division Mechanical Department Jhansi wrote a letter to his department about it. After which the officer there gave written information that the information about the examination was not given to the department.

When asked about this, NCR CPRO Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay said that the information about the exam was given on the website. All the candidates are told to keep checking the website for further information. In such a situation, if they did not check the website, they missed their exam.
