UPSSSC Recruitment 2024: Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Committee (UPSSSC) has increased the number of vacancies for Junior Engineer (Civil) 2024. Earlier, the number of posts was 2,847, now it has been increased to 4,016. Along with this, the last date for filling the application form has also been extended.
Interested candidates can submit the application form till June 28. Candidates can apply through the official website of UPSSSC-upsssc.gov.in. Before applying, candidates are advised to read the information related to the recruitment, only then start the further process.
Who can apply
Candidates must have Diploma in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Civil or Rural Engineering from a recognized institute. Apart from this, it is necessary to have UPSSSC PET 2023 scorecard.
Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and maximum 40 years. Candidates of reserved category will be given age relaxation as per the rules. Please note that age will be calculated on the basis of 1st July 2024.
Know about salary
Candidates selected for the post of Junior Engineer will be given a salary of Rs 9,300 to Rs 34,800 by UPSSSC.
How will the selection be done
Selection for these posts in UPSSSC will be done through written examination and interview. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in this examination. Selected candidates from this list will be called for final interview.
