Delhi International Airport and other airports in the country are under the central government’s Airports Authority of India. Around eight people were injured and one died in this incident,” he said.

Six injured when part of the roof of T-1 at Delhi airport collapses

Six people were injured when a part of the roof of Delhi Airport’s Terminal 1 collapsed and they were taken to hospital, Delhi Fire Service officials said. DFS officials told PTI that one of the six rescued was in a car on which an iron girder had fallen.

The PTI report stated that three fire tenders were sent to the airport after the DFS received a call about the incident around 5.30 am.
