There is a problem regarding recruitment for 12782 posts in government departments in Uttar Pradesh. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has returned 594 incomplete proposals sent by the departments. There are many flaws in these proposals. Due to this, the recruitment process for these posts cannot be completed. The Public Service Commission has sent back the recruitment proposal and asked to correct it so that the recruitment process can be completed.
Proposal should be given in prescribed format
After the Public Service Commission returned the recruitment proposals to the departments, the Personnel Department has taken it seriously. The department heads have been instructed to use the prescribed format for sending recruitment proposals to the commissions. It should be made clear in the recruitment proposals how many posts belong to which category. What is the qualification for this? If experience is required, then it should also be mentioned. It will also be told under which rules the recruitment will be done for the posts. Along with this, the examination syllabus will also be sent to the commissions on time, so that the recruitment can be done on time and the candidates do not have to face any kind of problem.

Most of the proposals sent back by the Public Service Commission have minor flaws. In some proposals the rules have not been cited, while in some the qualifications are not clear. In some proposals it has not been made clear as to how many posts are there in which category. While sending these proposals back, the Public Service Commission has asked to correct them and send them again.
