If your mobile phone is also stolen or lost, then do not panic now, your phone can be found with the help of this online portal of the Central Government. Actually, the Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) portal is proving to be very helpful in finding stolen, looted and lost mobile phones.
With its help, the maximum number of mobile phones traced (3.4 lakh) and blocked (5.5 lakh) in Delhi has been done so far in the entire country. With the help of this technology of mobile phone tracing, Shahdara district police has recovered a total of 211 mobile phones from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh in the last two months. During the entire operation, the police has also arrested 11 people after interrogating more than 130 people.
Shahdara District Deputy Commissioner of Police Surendra Chaudhary said that 12 teams were formed to investigate and recover complaints of stolen, looted or lost mobile phones in the district. The team started the investigation from March 15. During this, the help of the technical surveillance team was taken and after blacklisting all the stolen, lost and looted mobile phones from the CEIR portal, their tracing was started. During this, along with extracting CDR etc. of some stolen mobile phones, the help of local sources was also taken.

● Provide the requested information including IMEI number here and block it
● After this, keep checking the status from time to time
● After finding a stolen or lost mobile phone, go to the portal and unblock it
