Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s web series Hiramandi is constantly in the news. One after the other, actors are telling stories from the time of the film’s shoot. Now Jayati Bhatia, who played the character of Fatto in the film, has told what Sanjay Leela Bhansali used to do on the set of Hiramandi.
How was it working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali?
In a special conversation with ABP Live, Jayati Bhatia told that on the sets of Heeramandi, she got to see that side of Sanjay Leela Bhansali which is rarely talked about. She told that he used to meet his actors very warmly every morning. She said that people have assumed that Sanjay Leela Bhansali gets angry very quickly, but it is not so.
Actors are given Rs 500
Jayati Bhatia said, “He loves his actors a lot. People have just made this kind of assumption about him…but when I used to go to meet him in the morning, he used to hug me, kiss me on my cheeks.” She also said that when an actor gave a very good shot, Bhansali used to give him 500 rupees as a reward.
How much money did Jayati get?
He said, “When you give a good shot, they give 500 rupees and I got it three times. I got 1500 rupees.” He told that when he liked a shot, they would not say ok. They would either say jiyo fatto or give 500 rupees.
When Jayati Bhatia was asked if she had got the note given by Sanjay Leela Bhansali framed, she said that she had not got it framed but she had kept the money safely.
Let me tell you, Indresh Malik who played the role of Ustad Ji in Hiramandi had also told a few days ago that Sanjay Leela Bhansali had given him 500 rupees after shooting the scene of Sonakshi removing her nose ring.
