The results of the exit polls were announced after the conclusion of voting for the seventh and final phase of the Lok Sabha polls on Saturday, ANI reported.

The Lok Sabha elections were held in seven phases from April 19 to June 1 and Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the BJP campaign.
