Actor Jeremy Renner, who was seriously injured in an accident in January 2023, says the incident changed the course of his career.
Renner, best known for playing Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), shared in a podcast: “I just don’t have the energy for it. [challenging characters]. I don’t have the fuel. I’m in a character that I can play well and I know the show well. So, it was easy for me to come back to it. But if it was a challenging role, I couldn’t have taken it.
