In Maharashtra, Maha Vikas Aghadi, comprising the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT), the Congress and the Sharad Pawar-led NCP (SP), will win over 35 seats out of the total 48, Raut said.
“The Shiv Sena will maintain its tally of 18 seats from 2019 and the Congress and the NCP will also do well. (NCP (SP) Lok Sabha member) Supriya Sule will win from Baramati by over 1.5 lakh votes and the Congress will give his best performance,” he said, reported PTI.
Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana and Karnataka will bring a change in the country along with Maharashtra, Raut asserted.
“We don’t need exit polls, we are working on the ground. We understand the background,” he said, PTI reported.
“INDIA block will get 35 seats (out of 80) in UP and Rashtriya Janata Dal (led by Lalu Prasad) will get 16 seats (out of 40) in Bihar,” he said, reported PTI.
