In Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s web series, the actors have created their own identity by breathing life into their characters. Series hero Tajdar i.e. actor Taha Shah is also included in this list. Tajdar’s fight for the country and his incomplete love with Alamzeb were an important part of the series. Now the actor revealed in his interview that he was dropped from the role after the look test.

Actually, Taha Shah had given a look test for the smallest role in Hiramandi. As soon as the test was completed, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali came to him and asked to remove him from the role. The actor told that he was thrown out of the project many times in the past also. The same thing was happening this time also. But later a miracle happened. Taha said in his interview, ‘After the look test, Sanjay sir told me that you are not doing this part.’ My heart was broken after hearing this. I was not selected. I have been thrown out of projects many times before. All this keeps happening with me.

Taha further said that he was surprised when Sanjay sir told me that you are not Bajraj but the crown prince of Hiramandi. Taha said who is struggling to make his mark in the industry. It is difficult to believe if he gets a big role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s project. The first role that Taha was going to play was a side character which was not given much space on the screen. But with this small role, Taha became a star directly.

Taha also told that after seeing her look test, the director told her, ‘I have seen something in your eyes and I want you to become the crown prince.’ Taha said, I got a shock. Suddenly they are making me the lead. This had never happened before’
