A Delhi court on Friday ordered charges against Brij Bhushan Singh, former WFI chief in case of sexual harassment by fighters.
The court has framed charges against BJP leader Brij Bhushan Singh in the case of sexual harassment of five women wrestlers, ANI reported on Friday.
Brij Bhushan Singh has also reportedly been charged with the crime of outraging the modesty of a woman. The court has found enough material to frame charges against Brij Bhushan, according to ANI.
According to the news agency, the court said, “Charges under sections 354 and 354A were framed against Brij Bhushan in respect of each victim.”
The court acquitted Brij Bhushan of the charges leveled by the sixth fighterthe court said.
