Another case of cheating has been registered against the father of the minor allegedly involved in the May 19 Porsche car accident in Pune, PTI reported.
Two IT professionals died after their motorcycle was hit by a speeding Porsche car driven by the minor allegedly in an inebriated state at Kalyani Nagar here that day.
The accused’s father, who is a real estate developer, his grandfather and his mother, along with some others, are in jail in connection with cases related to the incident.
The complaint was filed by Vishal Adsul, a resident of a Nancy Brahma residence in Pimpri Chinchwad, and the Wakad police claimed that the minor’s father had not allotted open spaces to the residential society and had also developed two additional wings without consent, the official.
According to the PTI report, based on Adsul’s complaint, an offense was registered under sections 420 (cheating) and 409 (breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code as well as relevant provisions of the Police Act. ownership of flats in Maharashtra against the minor’s father. and four other people, she said.
“According to Adsul’s complaint, Brahma Associates did not provide open spaces for the project and only gave open land for the three buildings by allegedly changing the plans. After being arrested in the car accident case, the minor’s father and grandfather were indicted in two different cases related to complicity in the suicide of a 41-year-old man and deception of the owner of a real estate agency, according to police.
The minor’s father is in police custody for his alleged participation in the exchange of blood samples taken for alcohol consumption control tests within the framework of the investigation of the Porsche accident case.
