Bihar Panchayati Raj Viabhag Bharti 2024: Bihar Gram Swaraj Yojana Society of Bihar Panchayati Raj Department has invited applications for 6570 posts of Accountant cum IT Assistant on contract (BGSYS Vacancy). The vacancy notification has been released on the official website state.bihar.gov.in. The process of online application for this recruitment will start from 30 April 2024. The last date for application has been fixed as 29 May 2024. This recruitment will be done on a three-year contract. The contract of the candidate can be extended on the basis of his performance. Among the vacancies, 4270 vacancies are for men and 2300 vacancies are for women. 1643 posts are unreserved. 657 are reserved for EWS, 1313 SC, 131 ST, 1643 EBC, 1183 BC categories. Minimum age – 21 years.

Salary – Rs 20 thousand per month. Keep in mind that the salary and allowances that the permanent employees of Panchayati Raj Department get will not be given.
How will the selection be done – There will be CBT based written examination.
In the final merit, 50 percent marks will be of educational qualification and 50 percent marks will be of CBT exam. That means both will be given equal weightage.
