Karan Johar made him drink water
In an interview with The Week, Taha Shah told that he ran behind Karan Johar’s car for the audition. Taha Shah said, he saw me, stopped the car and gave me water. He called me for audition the next day. Then I got a role in Dharma Production’s movie Gippy. This movie was released in the year 2013. He played the role of Arjun in it. However, this movie did not prove to be very beneficial for his career. After this, he appeared in movies like Barkha, Baar Baar Dekho and Ranchi Diaries but he could not get popularity.
Karan has praised
Taha Shah made his debut in 2011 with the film Luv Ka The End. This film was produced by Y-Films, a subsidiary of Yash Raj Films. Taha Shah’s acting in the film was praised but the film did not do well. Karan Johar has praised Taha in a press conference. According to reports, he said that Taha’s screen presence is very good, it includes both soft and machismo things. He also expressed hope that his film career will be good.
