He commits fraud by opening limit accounts
The Bandhan Bank limit account that came to light in the case of cheating a person from Harduaganj in the name of investing in shares, is in the name of arrested Ravindra Rathore’s father. The hackers had transferred the cheated amount into that same account. To open that account, he formed a firm in his father’s name. He used his father’s Aadhar card and a SIM card purchased in his father’s name. Through this, he brought the account into e-banking. In a similar way, he used to open limit accounts in the name of unemployed and drug addicts of Firozabad, Agra and Noida. The motive behind opening limit accounts was that large amounts of money could be transferred easily from one place to another.
